AMAZD lets you set up your expert availability so customers can book appointments with you. Reminders and notifications keep you on track as you work and stay in touch with your clients. In order to set your call availabilities simply follow the following steps depending on your chosen device. The two systems are always synchronous.
Availabilities (Smartphone)
General Availabilities
- Click on your “Profile” in the menu bar in the top left corner
- Tap “My call availabilities"
- Select “Set weekly schedule”
- Select your available “Days”
- Define the start and end “Times” in the drop-down menu
- Tap on the right plus “+” to select multiple time slots a day
- Don’t forget to “Save” your availabilities, otherwise they are gone
Availabilities (Web Version)
