For better clarity, inactive chats can be archived. As soon as the customer or expert resumes the chat, it is displayed again under "Active".
Smartphone App:
- Open the inactive chat
- Click on the three vertical “Dots ⋮” in the top right corner
- Click on ”Archive”
Web Version:
- Open the inactive chat
- Click on the three horizontal “Dots ...” on the chosen chat
- Click on “Archive”
