While the expert cannot schedule a call with the customer, the customer can easily schedule a call with the expert via the web widget or the AMAZD Smartphone App.

How a customers schedules a call with an expert
  1. Select the chat with the desired expert
  2. Click on the "Calls" in the top menu
  3. Choose a date and time
  4. Confirm your desired time slot
