In order to set the accounts of your team active or inactive simply click into the header tab "Team" in the web version and use the toggle to activate the accounts.
The expert accounts are active if the toggle shows green.

This feature is only available in the web version of AMAZD. If no expert is online customers cannot contact you during that time. We recommend always having at least one manager/ expert online - especially in the evenings.
