The notifications are extremely important so that experts are quickly alerted to customer requests and can respond accordingly. AMAZD sends notifications via push-notifications to your smartphone, your smartwatches, the web app and to your company email address.
Smartphone App
- Click on “Notifications” in the menu bar in the lower right corner
- Tap on the notification to be directed to the chat and continue the conversation
- View messages in chronological order and respond to customers as soon as possible
