Especially online, eCommerce traffic can come from all over the world. To give customers an overview of which experts speak which languages, languages can be selected in the profile settings. The available languages are displayed to the customer in the expert profile.

How can you select languages?

  1. Click on your profile in the top right corner
  2. Select "My profile"
  3. Select your "Spoken languages" in the drop-down menu
