Aside from entering a scheduled appointment, you have the opportunity to invite a customer to a direct call via AMAZD. In case you want to start a call without a video simply turn off the video when joining.
Smartphone App:
- Enter the chat with the customer you would like to connect with via call
- Click on "Calls" in the top menu
- Click on "Start call" in the "Call now" tab
Web Version:
- Enter the chat with the customer you would like to connect with via call
- Click on the calls symbol in the top right corner
- Click on "Call (name of customer)" in the "Call now" tab
