Aside from entering a scheduled appointment, you have the opportunity to invite a customer to a direct call via AMAZD. In case you want to start a call without a video simply turn off the video when joining.

Smartphone App:

  1. Enter the chat with the customer you would like to connect with via call
  2. Click on "Calls" in the top menu
  3. Click on "Start call" in the "Call now" tab

Web Version:

  1. Enter the chat with the customer you would like to connect with via call
  2. Click on the calls symbol in the top right corner
  3. Click on "Call (name of customer)" in the "Call now" tab
