Many of the standard functions of the smartphone can also be used in AMAZD, such as the dictation function of the keyboard. Using the dictation function can speed up your communication with customers. This is especially useful when your on the go or on the store floor.

How do I use the dictation function?

  1. Open the desired chat in the AMAZD Smartphone App
  2. Click in the message tab
  3. Click on the voice recorder in the bottom right corner and speak your message.
  4. To finish the recording click on the keyboard in the bottom right corner
  5. Your spoken words will show up as a text in the message box
  6. Make sure to double-check the message to catch any mistakes
  7. Send off the message
