Prefilled baskets and sending wish bags
Simply send customers product suggestions so that they can place their favorite products in the wish bag and thus complete the purchase of the products easily and in the shortest possible time
- Click on the Wish Bag icon to the left of the chat window and the product overview selection window will open
- Now choose an individual product selection for the customer
- When you have selected a product from the categories or via the search bar, a detail page opens for the corresponding product
- From the details page, you can share the product directly with the customer using the send button. The selected product will then be shown to the customer in the chat
- The customer can click on the product in the chat and will be redirected to the product detail page
- On the left, next to the shared product in the chat, there is the Wish Bag icon. Customers as well as experts can click on this icon and the product will be added to the Wish Bag
- As an expert, the Wish Bag can be opened and displayed on the right in the Side Panel via the tab to the Wish Bag icon, through the corresponding customer chat
- Via the side panel the wish bag can be send as a prefilled shopping cart to your customer
- The customer is now able to do the checkout, which takes place directly on your website. The shipping and payment methods remain the same as usual
