Change your availabilities to indicate absences, days-off, sick-days, vacations or any other alterations to your usual availabilities.

Exceptions and Overrides

1. Go back to the profile overview and click on “Set overrides”

2. Select “I’m off today” or “I’m off tomorrow”, to indicate that you have a day-off today or tomorrow

3. If you are not there on one or more other days, tap on “Set override”

4. Select the day(s)

5. Tap on the right plus “+” on the right hand side, to define a different availability time slot for a given day(s), then tap “Save”

6. Do not forget to "Save" the changes, otherwise they are gone

HINT: If you are not available for the whole period, you do not have to select a time.
